One Bernam @ Bernam Street tender was launched by URA on 30 May 2019. HY Realty Pte Ltd successfully won the tender at $440.9 million. This premium site of 3,846.2 sqm of land will be jointly redeveloped by Hao Yuan Investments and MCC Land (Singapore) Limited.
